Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip & Walnut Banana Bread - Easycooking



Ingredients:

2 cups all purpose gluten free flour
4 very ripe bananas mashed (1 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup butter 1 stick, softened
2 eggs
2 tablespoons almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup milk style chocolate chips
1 chocolate bar (optional for toppings)

Directions

Mash up the bananas in a mixing bowl. Add the softened butter, vanilla and almond milk. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Chop up the walnuts and add to the dry mixture. Combine dry and wet ingredients and add chocolate chips (if you want to add more, feel free!!!) then add crumbled up bar to the top! Grease with avocado oil a 8x8 inch (20x20cm) pan and line with greased parchment paper. Bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes.
